９月『期待と都合／Expectation and circumstances』
その仕事に初めて就いたとき、不安と期待はどちらが大きいだろうか？
組織で働いていると、働いている人に求められるのは、役割を果たしているかどうかであり、だから適正の有無と言う判断に至るのだと、改めて感じる。
組織には指針があり、指針を実現するために役割を設けているのだから、適性の有無は、指針に合うかどうかで判断される。
指針が固定化しているならば、人の選別は至って簡単にできる。
これから山に入ろうと言うのに、見るからに着飾っていたり、或いは持病があったりしたら、パーティーから外されるのは当然だと言えるだろう。
しかし、指針に間違いがあったとしたら、話は別である。
間違い、とは言えないかも知れないが、時代の変化と共に、市場の価値観も変わっていく。
本当にその人を、パーティーから外したり、或いは再教育したりすることが正しいのかどうか、柔軟に考え、総合的に判断する必要が出てきたのが、情報化社会の真の姿である。
今年はとある福祉系の施設で、非常に痛ましい事件があった。
犯人を擁護するつもりは全く無いが、事件を捉える窓口は幾つもある。
例えば犯人が極端な思想に至った原因は何なのか。
薬物による異常とするのも一つの結論だが、そこに至る精神状態、生活状態、就労状態はどうだったのだろう。
退職前は、既に説得を聞き入れる状態では無かったようだが、そこに至るまでに施設内で何があったのか。
福祉施設の労働状況が厳しいのは、今に始まったことではない。
そもそも肉体労働であり、人を相手にする仕事は気を遣う。
また、利用者第一であり、職員の健康など始めから考えられていない。
これは奉仕の心が強いと言えるが、権利意識の無さとも言える。
世のため人の為と言われたら、断りにくい国民性である。
最近は少し見直されている面もあるが、就労環境が見直されなければ、因習は続けられることだろう。
この国では、福祉施設そのものが、日常から切り離されているのだ。
せめて山中ではなく、人の目がある街中にあれば、あそこまでの事態にはならかったのではないだろうか。
即ち、「ちょっと普通じゃない人は、日常から離れたところで、保護されていてほしい」というのが、健常者と呼ばれる、一般人の感覚であり、福祉施設に対する期待感なのである。
自分たちの日常に、イレギュラーは要らないと言うのが、定型発達者たちの本音なのだ。
脳の研究が進んで、定型と非定型とに、明確な区分の無いことが分かっても、多数派かそうでないかによって、人は人を差別するのだ。
自分の考えややり方を基準に、都合の良いやり方やあり方を期待し、そうでないときは、否定する感情を正当化するのである。
組織内に於いて、自分に期待される役割は何なのかを考えたとき、ノルマをこなすことだと言うのであれば、非常に分かり易い。
利益を上げたいという指針に合致し、それさえ守れば良いのだから楽なものである。
しかし、時代は常に変化している。
固定化した指針を守ろうとしても、市場に合わなければ継続は難しい。
前年度と比べて、営業成績が下がっていたとしても、成績の基準が、市場に合っていたかどうかという問題が残るのが、価値観の多様化した現代社会なのである。
とは言え、市場の変化から謙虚に学び、評定の基準を見直す企業は希少である。
多くは前例に倣い、既に凝り固まった営業方法を再教育するだけなのだ。
大量のリストラと自殺者は、その古い価値観によって作られたと言えるだろう。
たった一つの物差しを差し出して「お前はこれに合っていない」と切り捨てるのだから、簡単なものである。
１匹でも生き残れば良いと、３万個の卵を産む魚はいるが、古い価値観から抜け出せず、高まったノルマに縛られて余裕の無くなった現代人は、そのような生き方に戻ったのだろうか。
指針に合わない者、特別な支援を必要とする者、自分たちの考えに合わない者を切り捨てて、その先に何が残るのだろうか。
世界に先駆けて、超高齢少子社会を邁進する我が国だが、この上更に少数精鋭を気取るならば、その未来は明るいだろうか？
When they got the work for the first time, which do uneasiness and the expectation have a big?
When there is it whether what is demanded from a working person when I work in an organization plays a role and therefore reaches presence of the appropriateness and the judgment to say, I feel it some other time.
Because the organization has a guidance and arranges the role to realize a guidance, it is judged whether the presence of the fitness is correct for a guidance.
If a guidance immobilizes it, I can simplify the sorting of the person exceedingly.

However, the story is different if a guidance included a mistake.
There may not be it, but the sense of values of the market changes with the change of the times despite a mistake, too.
It is the true figure of the information-oriented society that I think flexibly, and need to judge generally came out whether it is really right and I take it off the party or to reeducate the person.
In facilities of the dove welfare system that there was, there was a very pitiful case this year.
There is not at all the intention to protect a criminal, but there are some tellers catching a case.
For example, what is the cause that a criminal reached the extreme thought?
It was the conclusion with the drug having one being abnormal, but a mental condition, life to there were in a state, and how would about the working state.
There did not seem to be it in the state to take persuasion anymore, but, before resignation, what was there in facilities before I reached there?
It is not to have begun in now that the labor situation of the welfare institution is severe.
In the first place it is manual labor, and the work to have anything to do with a person minds.
In addition, it is the user first and is not thought from the beginning including the health of the staff.
This can say that a heart of the service is strong, but can say the lack of the sense of rights.
It is the national traits that it is hard to decline if said for a person for the life.
There is the aspect reviewed a little, but convention will be what I can continue recently if working environment is not reviewed.
In this country, welfare institution itself is separated by daily life.
Not mountains, I might buy flower and others for a situation to there at least if in the town with the eyes of the person.
In other words, it is the sense of the commoner called the physically unimpaired person that "want you to protect the person who is not slightly common in a place apart from daily life" and is a feeling of expectation for the welfare institution.
It is the true intention of people of fixed form development to say that their daily life does not need the irregular.
Even if the study of the brain advances and understands that a fixed form and atypical do not have clear division, the person discriminates against a person whether it is the majority, or it is not so.
When it is not so, in hope of a way and the way that it is convenient for a standard in one's thought and way, I justify feelings to deny.
It is very plain if I say that it is to handle a quota when I thought about what the role expected by oneself is in the organization.
Because you should protect even it, in line with an indicator to want to raise profit, it is comfortable.
However, I always change in the times.
Even if I am going to protect a stereotyped indicator, the continuation is difficult if I do not match the market.
It is the modern society which diversified of the sense of values that a problem whether the standard of results fitted the market is left even if business results fell in comparison with last year.
However, I learn from the change of the market humbly, and the company reviewing a standard of the rating is rare.
Most only already reeducate a fixed business method after the fashion of a precedent.
It may be said that a large quantity of restructuring and suicides were made by the old sense of values.
Because I cut it off when I hold out one only ruler, and "you do not match this", it is easy.
When even one of them should survive, there was the fish which laid 30,000 eggs, but it was tied up to the quota that increased, and would the lost modern people of the room come back to such a way of life without being able to get away from the old sense of values?
I cut off the person who does not fit the person who does not match an indicator, a person needing special support, their thoughts, and what will stay over there?
Ahead of the world, it is our country pushing on in a super old society with a decreasing birthrate, but is the future bright if I pose as gathering the best people more any further?
