現代における労働は、創造と作業とに二分される。
企業の字に『企てる』とあるのは、社会に対して新たな価値を創造するところにある。が、それを支える人間に与えられる役割は、多くの場合、作業である。
『誰にでもできる仕事』が作業であり、『その人にしかできない仕事』が創造であるならば、人は作業と創造を自分の中に同時に内在させていると言える。何故なら創造の実現は作業の積み重ねにより、積み重ねたものが創造に繋がるからである。
しかしながら多くの場合、人は作業に終始する。
企業の果たす社会貢献と言う理念に沿うのではなく、目の前の作業をこなし、給金を得ることが目的となっている。所属する企業から与えられた作業と言う労働が、結果的に社会に還元されているとおぼろげには感じても、日常生活で実感することは多くない。
トーマス＝エジソンが懸念した、作業化した労働は、仕事に対する『大きな視野からの』責任の欠落をもたらした。ここで言う大きな視野とは、全体を見て仕事をすることである。自分の目の前の作業がどこに繋がっているのかを意識するかどうかは、仕事に対する責任感を大きく変える。創造を権利とするならば、作業は只の義務である。義務は果たしさえすればそれで終わりである。
人の労働環境は、大きく変わった。
副業ビジネスという言葉が生まれている。『頭痛が痛い（正しくは『頭が痛い』又は『頭痛がする』）』『机上の上を片付ける（正しくは『机の上を片付ける』又は『机上を片付ける』）』のようなおかしな言葉で、恐らく『副業』と『サイドビジネス』という同じ意味の言葉が混ざって出来たのだろう。それはともかく、近い将来への経済的な不安から、一つの仕事の収入だけでは生活が成り立たないと考える人が多くなり、今や『ちょっとしたお小遣い稼ぎ』とは呼べない市場へと変わりつつある。
義務と化した仕事は、給金を獲得するための手段となり、達成感や充実感から離れていく。給金獲得の目的が不安への備えにある時点で、達成感や充実感には繋がりにくい。只日々をすり減らしていくだけである。
情報を含め、市場には物が溢れている。経済を活性化させるために、消費は欠かせない。しかし消費を支える生産の多くが、只の作業で成り立っていては、いずれ行き詰る。
人は只でさえ視野が狭い。
それでも見方を変えることは出来る。
何のために働くのかと
広い視野をもって生きたいものである。

The realization of the creation is because the thing which I piled up by accumulation of work is connected at creation.
However, the person does work all the time in many cases.
I do not comply with an idea called the contribution to society that the company achieves and handle work in front, and it becomes the purpose to get remuneration for labor. I do not often realize it in everyday life even if I feel it vaguely when, as a result, social, labor to be called given work is returned by the company to belong to.
The labor that became the work that Thomas = Edison was concerned about brought an omission of the responsibility from "the big field of vision" for the work. The big field of vision here is to work to see the whole. I greatly change a sense of responsibility for the work whether you are aware of where work in front of oneself leads to. Work is mere duty if I assume creation a right. There is the duty by the end in it only if I carry it out.
The labor circumstances of the person turned big.
The word side business business is born. Probably, by funny words such as "("I have a pain in a head" or" have a headache" definitely) that a headache was painful" "("I clear it up definitely on a desk" or" clear up the on desk") to put in order on on desk", "a side business" and the words of the same meaning called "the side business" joined, and it would be possible. Aside from it, people thinking that life does not consist of only an income of one work out of economical uneasiness to the near future increase and are changing to the market not to be able to call with "the slight pocket money income" now.
The work that became duty becomes the means to get remuneration for labor and is separated from sense of accomplishment and a sense of fulfilment. It is hard to lead to sense of accomplishment and a sense of fulfilment when the preparation to uneasiness includes a purpose of the remuneration for labor acquisition. I only only wear down days.
Including information, the market is filled with things. The consumption is indispensable to let economy activate. However, I come to a deadlock sometime soon when most of production to support consumption make ends meet with mere work.
As for the person, even merely of narrow outlook on life.
Still I can change a viewpoint.
